He has held senior executive and directorship roles across leading global organisations, including BP, ENI/Saipem, and Worley, spanning the oil and gas, energy, and technology sectors. His experience includes positions such as SVP Global Business Development, Chief Technology Officer, and Corporate Engineering and Technical Authority.
He was also previously a Director at Opensource SI Capital, a full-service stockbroker specialising in the capital markets activity of small cap. mining and energy sectors.
He played key roles in pre-IPO financing, M&A, IPOs and project development finance. Garry’s balance of financial, commercial and technical expertise spans project appraisal, structuring, equity/debt financing, and governance of project delivery and asset operation.

Carl has held senior executive roles including General Manager, Regional Energy Sector Leader and Head of Energy & Infrastructure. He has led businesses of up to 700 personnel and managed annual budgets exceeding $80 million, delivering complex energy portfolios across wind, solar, CSP, hydrogen, transmission networks and thermal generation.
Carl’s background spans developer advisory, Owners Engineer and project management roles for major utilities and investors, providing deep insight into bankability, risk allocation and capital structuring. He has led energy transition strategies, repositioned loss-making businesses into profitable growth platforms and overseen large-scale infrastructure portfolios exceeding $1 billion in value.
Senior Manager, MD with 40 years of experience in power generation (thermal and renewables) as well as transmission & distribution with expertise in business management and development, project management, procurement strategy, IPP and EPC advisory services, design, site supervision.

Maarten is a highly experienced financial executive with a strong track record in strategic transactions, corporate growth and capital structuring across global energy markets.
With senior leadership experience in banking and executive management, he has led complex transactions in excess of $100 billion across securitisations, reserve-based lending and M&A. His expertise spans energy transition, commodities and sustainable finance, combining financial discipline with commercial execution.
