DS Mena enters exclusivity on up to 500 MW Southern European wind portfolio
DS Mena, the joint venture with BritEnergy Group, has agreed heads of terms and entered into an exclusivity period in relation to the proposed acquisition of up to 500 MW of wind power projects in Southern Europe.
The projects are expected to reach ready-to-build status in 2H 2027 and are targeting returns in the high teens, with estimated capital expenditure of approximately €650 million.

DS Mena established with BritEnergy Group to develop bankable energy projects
DS Mena was established as a joint venture with BritEnergy Group to develop a pipeline of scalable, bankable energy projects.
The platform is focused on disciplined project origination, technical validation and financial structuring, with the objective of advancing opportunities from concept through to final investment decision and ready-to-build status.
